When I sent off a 'contact us' query at 9pm on a Monday night I was absolutely amazed to receive a reply within minutes, from a real live person - not an automated reply. My query was resolved with friendly efficiency (even when I started refining my original requirement) and I placed my order at 10pm. The product was delivered to me first thing on the Wednesday morning - which were standard delivery terms. The next day I received an email from a real live person again, checking that it had arrived and that I was happy. Never mind happy, I'm completely ecstatic! Fantastic product, fantastic service, what's not to be happy about? Thanks very much, I'll shop again at the next opportunity!
