UK Delivery
Your payment will process at the time of placing the order. Orders received by
1pm are usually despatched same day and will take 1-2 days to reach you. If
you wish to cancel or change your order please let us know within 5 working
days to receive a full refund.
We use Royal Mail recorded delivery service – items should reach you
within 3 days and this service is charged at a standard rate o £2.95.
FREE postage if you spend over £35.
For bulkier items i.e. keepsake boxes and linen photo albums, we use an overnight
courier - usually DHL. Parcels will need to be signed for unless they are small
and will fit easily through your letterbox.
We offer two delivery options. For small and light items we will use the Royal

If your order is urgent please email us at sales@thepurplegiftcompany.com quoting your confirmation number and we will endeavour to deal with it quickly
and efficiently.
If you have any specific requirements for delivery i.e. to leave with a neighbour
who can sign on your behalf, please mention this on your order. We can't guarantee
the post office will carry out instructions but they're normally quite good!
Postage is calculated at checkout and free when you spend over £35.
European and International Deliveries
We ask for an initial sum of £5 at checkout to cover postage and so
we can get your order started, we will then check the actual weight of the
items ordered and email you if the postage isn't covered by the £5 charge.
If you have any specific requirements for delivery i.e. to leave with a neighbour
who can sign on your behalf, please mention this on your order. We can't guarantee
the post office will carry out instructions but they're normally quite good!

Returns and Exchanges
We hope you will be delighted with your order If you are not 100% satisfied
with the product you have ordered from The Purple Gift Company please
let us know by calling us on: 08456 434351 or email to: complaints@thepurplegiftcompany.com.
As long as the product and its packaging is returned in its original
condition and within 7 days from receipt we will refund the full price
you paid for
the item. If the packaging or product has been damaged in any way we
will not be
able to offer you a refund. We will refund the delivery charge only in
the instance of faulty goods. We will not refund the postage when an
item is
simply unwanted.
Please ensure the item is returned with proof of delivery either using
recorded delivery or by obtaining a proof of postage form from the
post office. Postage
costs for returns will need to be paid by yourself and are non refundable.
