UK Delivery

Your payment will process at the time of placing the
order. Orders received by 1pm are usually despatched the same day and
will take 1-2 days to reach you. If you wish to cancel or change your
order please let us know within 5 working days to receive a full refund.
We use standard Royal Mail First Class Mail – items should reach
you within 1-2 days and this service is charged at a standard rate of £2.95.
Postage
is FREE if you spend over £35.
If you have any specific requirements
for delivery i.e. to leave with a neighbour who can sign on your behalf,
please mention this in the comments
box during checkout. We can't guarantee the post office will carry
out instructions but they're normally quite good!
For bulkier items i.e. keepsake boxes and linen photo albums, we use
an overnight courier service – APC Hand Delivery. Parcels will
need to be signed for unless they are small and will fit easily through
your letterbox. Please ensure somebody will be around to sign for your
parcel or instructions are left asking for it to be left with a neighbour
etc.

European and International Deliveries
We ask for an initial sum of £5 at checkout to cover postage and so
we can get your order started, we will then check the actual weight of the
items ordered and email you if the postage isn't covered by the £5 charge.
If you have any specific requirements for delivery i.e. to leave with a neighbour
who can sign on your behalf, please mention this on your order. We can't guarantee
the post office will carry out instructions but they're normally quite good!
Postage of £2.95 is added at checkout and free when you spend over £35.
Returns and Exchanges
We hope you will be delighted with your order If you are not 100% satisfied
with the product you have ordered from The Purple Gift Company please
let us know by calling us on: 08456 434351 or email to: complaints@thepurplegiftcompany.com.
As long as the product and its packaging is returned in its original
condition and within 7 days from receipt we will refund the full price
you paid for
the item. If the packaging or product has been damaged in any way we
will not be
able to offer you a refund. We will refund the delivery charge only in
the instance of faulty goods. We will not refund the postage when an
item is
simply unwanted.
Please ensure the item is returned with proof of delivery either using
recorded delivery or by obtaining a proof of postage form from the
post office. Postage
costs for returns will need to be paid by yourself and are non refundable.
